Verdugo Hospice Care Center is recruiting licensed cosmetologists to perform hair cutting and grooming services for our terminally ill patients in the greater Los Angeles area.
One of the most important goals of Hospice is for terminally ill patients to maintain their dignity and independence as long as possible. Good grooming is a vital but often overlooked component of a patient's independence and comfort. As a volunteer cosmetologist, you will help our patients maintain that basic dignity and become part of their support system at the same time.
