We are looking for wonderful quilters/sewers to help with our Memorial Quilt! Each year GSH honors our patients and families with a beautiful quilt and Memorial Service recognizing those patients who passed away the previous year. Currently a wonderful volunteer makes the quilts and we are honored to display them in each of our offices, Newton, Wichita and Wellington. As our patient census increases, we are needing help with our 3 quilts. We are looking for talented people to help in this important service. If you can quilt, sew, iron or have a desire to volunteer, we are looking for you.
We are always looking for sewers to help make Bereavement Bears or Pillows (out of our patient's clothing)...If you're interested please let us know....
