Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Project Helping

WHAT WE WILL DO:

Join Project Helping volunteers to improve your mental wellness! Our group will assist in the daily services provided to the homeless at Father Woody’s Haven of Hope. Volunteer tasks change depending on what they need the most. We could be in the kitchen helping with meal prep; in the dining room serving meals or cleaning; in the Donation Area/Clothing Room sorting, cleaning, organizing, and moving clothing to racks for guests; or in the Hygiene area assisting with laundry or assembling hygiene packs.

The mission of Father Woody’s is to provide food, shelter, clothing, counseling, rehabilitation and hygienic services to the homeless and less fortunate. Every day they feed, clothe, and inspire over 150 different men, women and families.
