Mission Statement

Our mission is to build mental wellness through accessible experiences that create purpose and community.

We organize and lead group volunteer events to make it incredibly easy to volunteer and use the act of serving others to improve mental wellness.

Volunteering is one of the best things you can do for your mental health. Think of it like running is for your physical health...but way more fun!

I sent them an email, and they were quick and effecient about letting me know the availability for the opportunity, and how to sign up. It was very quick, effecient, and polite, and they were extremely helpful!

This was a simple operation for a good cause easy 2 hours of trash pick up at the beach. It was Project Help's first time operating near San Diego and in the beginning there was some confusion. Two other organizations were present and had registration tables setup which was confusing because nothing was separately setup for Project Help. The volunteer leader Emily for Project Help was very friendly, welcoming, and willing to sign any community service documents that the volunteers had. I will likely volunteer with them again next month.
