Help us celebrate our Spring Social event at the historic Santa Clara Women's Club The Adobe.
We will be showcasing the projects developed by Santa Clara University students and the programs that are being implemented in Uganda.
We will have raffle prizes and need help with setup, food service, sign in and clean up. This should be a fun event as we will have the university students and professors talk about these amazing projects that we use at Rose Academies to teach the rural poor.

Rose Academies' mission is to empower the vulnerable and oppressed with life saving knowledge; to educate the illiterate, so that communities will thrive and children will live.
Description
Rose Academies works in Uganda, Eastern Africa teaching vulnerable and oppressed women, youth and disabled about menstruation, neonatal health, nutrition, reproductive health, and disease prevention. Our programs are active in 4 Ugandan districts and are fully integrated with Uganda's healthcare programs.
Our program development is focused on healthcare, economic enterprise, vocational programs and career development. We believe in the power of collaboration and work with academic institutions, including: Texas A&M University, Santa Clara University, and Makerere University (Kampala, Uganda) as we work towards our goal of improving access to healthcare education and services for the rural poor.
