Special Olympics Coaches Needed!

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Special Olympics Northern California

  • 2 people are interested

Special Olympics Northern California is looking for coaches to help with the Fremont Eagles Team that practices on Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Coaches do not need to be an expert in the sport, but must be willing to work and learn with other coaches, as well as work with athletes with intellectual disabilities.

Special Olympics Volunteer Coaches commonly find the experience highly rewarding and very enjoyable, often forming strong bonds with the athletes they coach.

If you enjoy sports and are interested in working in a highly positive and fun environment, please visit https://www.sonc.org/becomeacoach for more information on becoming a coach, or feel free to respond to this post with any questions.

Special Olympics is a volunteer-based organization, and it is the volunteers who allow us to offer so many competitions and events for children, youth, and adults with intellectual disabilities. On that note, thank you very much for your interest and support!
