In order to continue our legacy of quality sports programming, we need your help. In the Lewistown area, we need to gather a team of volunteers that share their strengths and passions. This is a great way to meet people committed to the same vision!

We provide:

  • New position-specific orientation
  • Continuous training and support by SOMT staff.
  • Although this is a non-paid position, some expense reimbursements are available.
  • Smiles, hugs and lifelong friendship are added benefits.

The mission of Special Olympics is to provide year round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.
