We are looking for caring individuals to provide companionship/socialization to our terminally ill patients or respite for their caregivers. Many patients like being read to: some enjoy being taken outside to enjoy the weather and view. A volunteer could also assist the social worker or grief counselor with mailings from time to time. Anyone who can sew, knit, crochet, or quilt could make lap blankets for patients or assist at our annual memory bear workshop
