About the Event
The Fetching Ball Gala is Can Do Canines annual fundraiser, consisting of a VIP reception, silent and live auctions, dinner, and entertainment. We are celebrating 31 years of service at this year's event.

Are you ASL Certified?
ASL interpreters are stationed at the registration area and silent auction area providing ASL interpretive services for guests of the gala. If you are interested in contributing your time to, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Robyn Rodrigue-volunteer@can-do-canines.org or 763-331-3000 ext. 119.

About Can Do Canines
Can Do Canines (New Hope, Minn.) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities by creating mutually beneficial partnerships with specially trained dogs.

Since 1989, Can Do Canines has provided assistance dogs to people with disabilities, free of charge. Our fully-trained dogs, sometimes adopted from local animal shelters, are provided to clients with mobility challenges, hearing loss or deafness, seizure disorders, diabetes complicated by hypoglycemia unawareness or children with autism. We need you!

Can Do Canines is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with disabilities by creating mutually beneficial partnerships with specially trained dogs.

Description

Our assistance dogs fetch amazing things. They provide the gifts of freedom, independence, and peace of mind to our clients and their families. These wonderful canines are specially trained for our clients who live with disabilities that involve mobility challenges, hearing loss or deafness, seizure disorders, autism, or diabetes complicated by hypoglycemia unawareness. Dogs, training and supplies are provided to each client free of charge thanks to the work of dedicated volunteers and contributions from generous individuals, corporations, foundations and service groups like the Lions.
