Tasks: Call OBI life-saving blood donors and deliver messages such as blood drive date, location, time, and blood donor benefits to help us achieve our critical mission in the community.
Requires: Confindent phone voice, customer service skills, friendly, persuasive personality. Calls can be made on a weekly or monthly basis iin a donor center/office or even from the comfort of your home.
Crew members make reminder calls to eligible donors inviting them to attend community blood drives and events on a weekly basis. Volunteers also thank donors for their past life-saving donations. Confirmed blood donors are communicated to Donor Recruitment staff so they may plan blood drives and events accordingly.
