The Home Safety program is designed to improve the safety and security of our homebound meal recipients by providing small repairs and improvements. Something as simple as a grab bar in a bathroom or a functioning smoke detector can greatly reduce the risk of injury to our elderly or disabled clients, helping them maintain the ability to care for themselves longer and more safely than before.
We are looking for volunteers to help with small repairs on a weekly/biweekly basis. If you have 2+ years of experience in Home Repair and have a passion to help homebound seniors, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
