We are looking for a couple self motivated individuals with experience in project management or event planning to take charge of our existing, well established events.
These individuals will be in charge of those events. They will receive guidance from the Board.
1) Tips for Change - this event is a 5 hrs event usually in June. Major responsibilities are: recruiting servers and raffle ticket sellers, publicity for the event and marketing collateral.
2) Holiday Boutique - this event is a whole day event with set-up the prior day in November. Major responsibilities are: recruiting volunteers to set up, tear down, decorate, laying out merchandise, cashiers, raffle ticket seller, greeter, publicity and marketing collateral.
