Mission Statement

Paws In Need, a local California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, provides financial assistance for spay/ neuter and one-time urgent medical treatment of community animals (feral, stray, or owned) in the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas.

Description

An all-volunteer organization, Paws In Need has two primary programs:

1) Spay/Neuter program offers financial assistance to reduce the stray and feral overpopulation in our community.

2) Just Like New program provides financial assistance for community pet owners who cannot afford necessary one-time or emergency veterinary care. It's goal is to prevent unnecessary euthanasia of pets because the owner lacks financial resources.
