Overview
The Marketing Lead will be supervised by the City Director and work collaboratively with all other departments. Specifically, this position is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of The Cupcake Girls message, including assessing the needs of our varied "audience," which includes the general public, donors, volunteers, and clients working in the adult industry. S/he will be a pivotal part of the organization, promoting and expanding the reach of The Cupcake girls, and creating content within all areas.
Principal Responsibilities (lead a team to...)
- Create verbiage/content for social media posts.
- Upload posts into Later.com to be ready to post on schedule.
- Tag relevant people/places in social media posts.
- Ensure Las Vegas social media week is ready to roll and scheduled in Later.com at least 2 weeks before their week starts (Motivational Monday, Testimonial Tuesday, WHY Wednesday, and Thankful Thursday)
- Track engagement level of social media platforms.
- Contribute content for quarterly newsletters.
- Assist with writing elements of the annual report.
- Attend outreach/networking events, meetings, etc. to continue learning how to share our story.
- Connect with marketing team members regularly via Podio and team meetings.
- Connect with new volunteers for coffee within a week of them joining the team.
- Fill out Weekly Lead Check-in form.
- Lead Fundraising team.
- Commit to 5 hours per week of concentrated work in your role.
- Log office hours and track team office hours in Podio.
- Attend scheduled Lead meetings.
- Connect biweekly with the Marketing Lead in your sister city.

We partner with our clients to build comprehensive, holistic plans to help them pursue their goals and objectives, working to ensure that we're matching the right solutions to the right individual at the right time.
