Overview
The Marketing team will be supervised by the Marketing Lead. Specifically, this position is responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of The Cupcake Girls message, including assessing the needs of our varied "audience," which includes the general public, donors, volunteers, and clients working in the adult industry. S/he will be a pivotal part of the organization, promoting and expanding the reach of The Cupcake girls, and creating content within all areas.
Principal Responsibilities
- Create content for promotion across various media outlets - TV, radio, print, press releases, direct mail, social media and advertising.
- Update website content with latest verbiage and event information.
- Write blogs as scheduled.
- Curate verbiage/content for social media posts.
- Work with graphic design team members to create written content for marketing/promotional materials.
- Monitor and track public relations efforts, assessing for effectiveness.
- Update/create content for promotional packets (sponsor, partner, donor).
- Attend outreach/networking events, meetings, etc. to continue learning how to share our story.
- Attend scheduled team meetings.

Through direct care and community resources, we partner with these individuals and empower them in their pursuits. In order to best serve the varied needs of the adult entertainers we support, The Cupcake Girls offers a range of both in-house services that we feel we are uniquely able to provide, as well as referrals to external care providers when we've identified existing professionals and organizations that meet our high standards and have proven themselves trustworthy working with the adult entertainment community. We partner with our clients to build comprehensive, holistic plans to help them pursue their goals and objectives, working to ensure that we're matching the right solutions to the right individual at the right time.
