Job Description
Office Team Members will report directly to the Office Team Lead and are responsible for assisting with any administrative tasks in the office, supporting other Leads and managers as requested. Team members are required to attend monthly team meetings and volunteer five hours per month in the office.
Principal Responsibilities
- Assist with filing, making copies, and other admin tasks assigned by the Office Team Lead.
- Take a shift cleaning the office at least twice per quarter and help keep the space tidy and organized.
- Assist with keeping office supplies ordered and stocked.
- Assist with scheduling Wednesday office hours, including reminders.
- Connect with other Leads and Managers to find out if they need assistance with any office tasks.
- Volunteer a minimum of 5 hours per month.
- Attend monthly team meetings.
- Log office hours in Podio.
