SATURDAY AUGUST 19 FROM 1-4PM

NYSoM BACK TO SCHOOL BONANZA 2023

ON AUG 19, NYSoM will be distributing school supplies at Bushwick Playground (at the Knickerbocker and Putnam Ave entrance)

NYSoM needs volunteers to

Assemble sets of school supplies to be distributed to the community

Assist with school supply distribution

Please email nysomvolunteering@gmail.com or volunteering@nysomgroup if interested in VOLUNTEERING. (Please do not email if you are only interested in receiving supplies at the event)

NYSoM (New York State of Mind) is a multiservice community organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and families living in the communities we serve.

We aim to further our mission through:

· Community Events - we host a multitude of events, often educational or recreational in nature, throughout the year with the hopes of offering residents in our target communities a positive alternative to their normal surroundings.

· Community Outreach Programs - we offer a number of programs directly to sectors of our target communities including senior citizens, children, young adults & the homeless.
