I'm in need of some extra help here at the Sanctuary. The warmer weather brings a myriad of things to do.
Great opportunity for the retiree, or someone that love being outdoors with the animals. Yes, they will come up and see you to make sure you don't need help.

A variety of odd jobs.
A few include:
Clean out the pump for our little pond.
Cut back the shrubbery to prevent it from growing through our avian netting.
Help with putting shade cloths up.
Help with keeping the little branch in the chicken coop from backing up by cleaning out the debris that falls though the netting.
Occasionally mow some of the animal areas-this helps prevent parasitic infestation.

Some experience would be helpful.
Once a week for a few hours.

Our mission is to provide care, healing, and sanctuary to those needing extra care due to deformities or life changing injuries. We believe in bringing awareness to the fact that just because they are disabled does not mean they are less deserving of living a full and happy life.

Description

Animals that are severely handicapped, needing 24/7 care, that would otherwise not have a chance of life. These are the souls that are welcomed with kindness and compassion to our sanctuary to live out the rest of their days. We not only give them a happy life, but a quality of life that is filled with love. It's amazing to watch these beautiful souls heal and live life when the right care and environment is provided for them. Bella View Farm Animal Sanctuary is solely run through dedicated volunteer efforts, and donations from caring people. We are a recognized 501(c)(3) organization. Bella View Farm Animal Sanctuary is a "true" sanctuary in every sense.
