Bridge Hospice is looking for volunteers to assist with leading activities for residents of nursing facilities, once a week. Volunteers can lead with arts and crafts activities such as scrapbooking, painting, and designing craft items. Locations are throughout the Santa Clara County.

Description

Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Stanislaus Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont and Modesto, California.
