Mission Statement

The program promotes safe, permanent homes for all children and seeks to educate the community concerning the needs of abused and neglected children.
Description
The Virginia Beach Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program works to ensure that safe permanent homes are secured for abused and neglected children who come before the Court.
