The volunteer will provide one-on-one companionship to a resident seeking friendship. The resident enjoys arts and crafts, painting her nails and other self-care activities.

*Volunteers who commit to more than a one-time event will be interviewed, attend two all-day training classes, and undergo extensive background checks. The volunteer on-boarding process can take one month or more from the initial application date.
