Assist Instagram Committee with preparing Instagram post content (taking photos, recording videos, and setting up for photo shoots). Comfortable with photo/video functions of a Smartphone. Experience using Social Media platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest, personally or professionally and other similar apps such as SnapChat and Facebook. Experience using different photo-video editing apps such as Snapseed, built-in filters, color adjustments, etc.

Flexible schedule 2-4 hours a week, minimum of a six month commitment or more is requested. Many programs take place early afternoon and weekends. Adult programs usually on Monday and Tuesday 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., Children's storytimes 10-12 p.m., Children's and Teen Programs 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., and occasional programs at other branches.

All volunteers are required to go through a background process, which includes a drug screen and fingerprinting. This process is paid for by the City of Orange.
