Are you a community member or business leader who is looking to give back to the community in a measurable way? If so, then this may be the volunteer opportunity for you! UCP is governed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors and four committees that provide oversight over key aspects of our organization. The Operations & Finance Committee is actively recruiting additional members who are willing to put their time, talents, and abilities to work for a great cause.

We are looking for four to six additional committee members to assist with the following:

• Review and present the annual budget, business plan, and monthly financial reports
• Review and recommend approval of major expenditures
• Establish and monitor all fiscal policies and oversee the annual independent audit
• Review all new administrative or management grant proposals
• Oversee and monitor the use and maintenance of agency property resources
• Review/analyze relevant legislation affecting non-profit corporate issues

The Operations & Finance Committee meets monthly in Camp Hill, usually on the last Tuesday of the month, from Noon to 1:00.
