  • As a member of the "Hospice Care Team", you will receive specific training in helping someone (patients and family members) at a most difficult time.
  • As a Hospice Volunteer, you may be providing such duties as relief for tired caregivers, companionship and socialization, spiritual support, diversarial activities, errands and/or transportation, and /or light housekeeping or meal preparation, and much, much more.
  • Hours are flexible (daytime, evening, and weekends). Example: 1-2 times a visit a week; from 1 to 4 hours a visit.
  • After training is completed, new volunteers will be placed in their neighborhood (5-10 miles)--we serve all of Orange County. Check out our or call 714-560-8177 and talk to Jerry Peay, Director of Volunteers.
