Portuguese Speaking Direct Patient Visit Volunteers needed --- Visiting our patients to provide companionship and support through conversation, leisure activities, light housekeeping, or by being a supportive presence. You may also provide respite for caregivers so they can have some time away for themselves. There is no hands on direct care required or expected of our volunteers, just your time.

Portuguese Speaking Volunteers needed to visit patients and provide companionship that reside in facilities or their private homes throughout the Fall River and New Bedford areas. Visits are scheduled weekly based on the need of the patient and a time that works well for you.
