Corporate Engagement Coordinator

Role Purpose:

The Corporate Engagement Coordinator is responsible for connecting corporate partners with AZSA volunteer events. The Corporate Engagement Coordinator will report to the Volunteer Manager and establish relationships with key individuals within companies to provide company staff with relevant volunteer opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive relationships with corporations
  • Work with priority leaders to match company staff interest to volunteer opportunities
  • Coordinate engagement with company staff and AZSA events

Ideal Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrates the ability and eagerness to develop processes in a setting with few established processes
  • Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with all constituent groups, including staff, board members, volunteers, donors, program participants, and other supporters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; a highly collaborative work style
  • Experience coordinating events
  • Volunteer Management experience preferred

Time commitment: Approximately 5-10 Hours Per Week
