- Responsibilities : Screen applications from potential fosters and adopters. Complete landlord verifications, veterinarian reference calls, and/or employer reference calls. Schedule and conduct call with applicant to discuss any additional information needed.
- Requirements : Superior customer service and responsiveness. Needs to have access to telephone and email throughout the day. Volunteers should have a solid working knowledge of ARNO; its history, mission and procedures as well as solid knowledge of current dogs, in foster and at shelter.
- Time Commitment: Flexible; ongoing commitment. Training will take about an hour.
