Help screen new potential volunteers to see which department and volunteer role will best suit their availability and interests.
- Interviews are done through email so being comfortable with verbal and written communication is necessary.
- Being able to familiarize with Red Cross programs and volunteer positions to describe accurately
- Submitting screening information to our database (data entry)
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable with self-direction, working independently and collaborating with teams
- Ability to work with our computer database
- Utilizing phone and email communication
- Active listening skills and ability to guide conversations
