Children Across America, a 501c3 non profit located in Milford, MA, is in need of volunteers to join our newly formed web team committee. Our organization is growing and we are building a team to do the tasks we need to make our website the best it can be. Do you have experience improving websites, using word press and integrating websites with Salesforce?
Children Across America provides free educational programming(STEM) and preventative health care to America's under served children. The Milford office deals with residents of Milford and the surrounding towns of Blackstone Valley but our website supports multiple locations.
Hours are minimal and most can be done remotely. You will have to meet occasionally at our office in Milford or virtually. We have an existing, we need more help.

Mission Statement
Children Across America is a 501 (c)(3) (EIN 27-0355388), humanitarian organization. Children Across America provides literacy support and preventative healthcare to underserved children in the United States. Its vision is to empower families and children in low income communities. Its unique programs are focused on improving children’s educational excellence and health. The organization partners with local libraries, school systems healthcare advocates and hospitals to ensure children get the full benefit of its programs. We provide a free alternative program to underserved families with students in grades K-5, who can't afford a private tutor, or professional tutoring services such as Kaplan or Kumon.
Description
CAA has a combination of medical and educational programming.
Our main educational program is a STEM and Coding program for all children. We also focus on children K-5 grade that come from families that English is not their first language. Our Summer Reading and Math Club (Children's Book Club) and our Saturday Reading and Math club's goal is to raise the level of literacy in America's children. Our Math Clubs are to help develop children's basic math skills. We help all children but our main focus is the underserved population of America. Our signature program is our Summer STREAM and Girls Love to Code Club, that runs from July through August and our Saturday STREAM and Girls Love to Code Club that runs each Saturday.
Our main medical program and focus of our medical programming is Health Promotion in motion. This is a immunization and preventative healthcare initiative focused on making sure every child in America is immunized per CDC guidelines and has healthcare coverage. We are a vendor for the State for Mass healthcare signps.
