Norfolk County Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) is based in Dedham, MA.
Our flagship program is a volunteer Rides for Veterans Program for veterans and their spouses in Norfolk County.
We are seeking an individual who is computer literate and enjoying speaking with people on the phone.
We use a web based system for drivers to self assign rides. We need your help to call or email our volunteer drivers to see if they are available to take a veteran to a specific medical appointment when appointments are a few days away and still require a driver.
As a dispatcher, you will come in to our Dedham office once or twice a week for a 2-3 hour shift.
Norfolk County RSVP operates under a Federal Senior Corps grant that requires us to recruit volunteers age 55 or older. If interested, please contact Robert at 781-234-3445.

Volunteer opportunities include mentoring pre-release inmates, tutoring elementary school children, drivers for Veterans, meals on wheels and food pantires, friendly visiting, non-profit support services and many more! N.C. RSVP will find the volunteer opportunity that best fits your interests & schedule and impacts the needs that are most critical to our county's communities. N.C. RSVP provides mileage reimbursement, accident & liability insurance, an invitation to our annual recognition event, monthly newsletters, orientation & training.
