Help Teens Volunteer Around Ann Arbor

The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program is looking for someone to help guide a youth-driven volunteer program for young community activists who are interested in leading teens in completing local service projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:
Travel with teens to service site. Give directions to complete projects. Projects conclude with a facilitated discussion and reflection activities designed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Be at least 55 years of age
* Able to pass a background check (Offered by Ann Arbor Y)
* Willing to complete volunteer application and complete CPR/First Aid training and child abuse and prevention online training
* Experience working with middle and high school age youth
* Volunteer experience
* Willingness to get your hands dirty

TIME:
Available on weekends, after-school time, and/or during school days off
