We work with Hospice patients that would like someone that will come and visit them at their homes or nursing facilities. Our patients are sometimes with roommates, but many are lonely and looking to have a quality of life with their own person.

Some of the things you can engage with are games, making puzzles, watching TV, going for a walk, going to activities in a facility like Bingo, painting, and other fun things. Some want to go through photos and talk about life review, maybe help decorate their rooms (if they have the items already).

Creativity can be fun and simply talking to each other can be valuable as well. Each opportunity is different and can be fulfilling.
