Brighton Hospice is currently seeking volunteers who wish to brighten the day of our patients. Any time commitment whether big or small is appreciated.

No experience required. We welcome those with a compassionate heart for people and a desire to make a patient’s remaining days as fulfilling as possible. It is about the gift of your presence. Volunteering can be as simple as a conversation or reading to a patient. Sharing stories and laughter or helping to record life history, play music, sing, or cards, and games. Volunteering can be as individual as you are. Must be 18 years old.

For an application packet and program information please contact Connie Smith, Volunteer Coordinator at 503-430-7699 or by email at ckuyothsmith@brightonhospice.com.
