Volunteers are at the heart of CHLOE, Inc! Our Coordinator will
- Oversee recruitment process of new volunteers
- Facilitate new volunteer orientation
- Track volunteer engagement
- Keep volunteers updated on current and anticipated opportunities
- Work closely with Executive Director
- Help plan/facilitate annual Volunteer Appreciation event
- Create opportunities to encourage and celebrate volunteer's milestones
- Help plan Volunteer learning opportunities
- Contribute to newsletters and annual report regarding volunteer engagement

Description
Chloe offers a safe and supportive environment for young moms (ages 13-21). We work to help ensure our young moms have the skills and tools necessary to become successful parents, partners and adults. Our Young Mom Connections gatherings offers a good meal, child care, and lessons/activities focused on needs of young moms. Chloe's Closet provides incentives for young moms in the program to earn points they use to shop for 'all- things- baby' at our sweet little Baby Boutique.
