CHLOE is committed to equip and empower young moms to become capable nurturing parents as they work toward self-sufficiency.

Description

Chloe offers a safe and supportive environment for young moms (ages 13-21). We work to help ensure our young moms have the skills and tools necessary to become successful parents, partners and adults. Our Young Mom Connections gatherings offers a good meal, child care, and lessons/activities focused on needs of young moms. Chloe's Closet provides incentives for young moms in the program to earn points they use to shop for 'all- things- baby' at our sweet little Baby Boutique.
