During these uncertain times, how can we help?

The Ohlone Humane Society Info Line email receives hundreds of inquiries each year. Each email is personally handled and referred to the appropriate OHS program manager for a response. You will be trained to determine which program manager would be best to answer questions about wildlife rehabilitation, spay/neuter, special medical assistance, fostering, adopting, pet meals on wheels, volunteering, community cats, animal assisted therapy and intervention and more. Our email info line is separate to our phone info line. We try to respond within 24-48 hours to all queries. It's a great way to acquire your volunteer hours from home and set your own schedule. Adult volunteers can expect to spend up to about 30 minutes per day 4-5 days a week as you learn how to respond to the public about animal welfare and to interact with our program managers and OHS team.
