Betty has been a SeaTac resident for over 40 years and can no longer keep up a few things. Your helping hands every month could rid her of the burden this chore causes her painful arthritic hands. She needs help taking out the big garbage can weekly and occasionally running the vacuum as it tires her out. Make a new friend in your community and be a caring neighbor to someone who needs a bright spot in their day!
Volunteer Services, a program of Catholic Community Services, assists low-income elders and persons living with disabilities. Volunteers can provide assistance with light housecleaning, transportation, grocery shopping, home repair and yard care. With a little help from volunteers, clients can continue to live independently in their homes. Volunteers who drive clients must be age 21 or older, and have a good driving record.

Description
Volunteer Services is a program of Catholic Community Services. We are a Washington state-wide program, started as a safety net for older adults and adults with disabilities who do not qualify for state-paid chore assistance and cannot afford to hire assistance.
