ORGANIZATION: Greater Cleveland Volunteers

Help seniors be physically active!

Volunteer is needed to teach exercise classes in an assisted living facility. Encourage residents' participation in class and monitor them for safety.

Follow instructions of Wellness staff regarding class content.
Transport residents as needed.

Previous experience with teaching classes preferred. Possess some understanding of physical, emotional and social needs of older adults. Have some knowledge of possible physical/cognitive limitations of residents.

Class will beheld on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 11 am- 12 noon.
