Plan, develop and give leadership to others in a service project helpful and meaningful to our organization.

There are thousands of possible eagle projects. Some involve building things and others do not.

Past projects include:
- Building and installation of archery platform
- Building and installation of pasture fencing
- Building and installation of Bluebird and Wood Duck Boxes
- Creation of digital trail maps and trail side interpretation
- Building of aviary to house birds of prey

Description

Environmental Learning Center of Connecticut, ELCCT, offers a diversity of hands-on experiential programs using a variety of resources and facilities. Our programs are offered at the Barnes Nature Center, Indian Rock Nature Preserve and in the schools of Connecticut. In 2018, we provided our environmental educational programs to over 25,000 children and families from over 70 Connecticut communities! In addition to our education programs, ELCCT also serves as a land trust and has protected over 750 acres of land in Bristol and Burlington, Connecticut.We encourage you to get involved.
