This is our 10th annual Pooch Plunge Fundraiser. We are 100% run by donations and volunteers. We hold this fundraiser each year to support medical treatments for homeless and sick animals that come into the local shelter (Rowlett Animal Shelter). We also support the shelter by marketing the animals, holding offsite adoptions to help find forever homes, and whatever else they need to keep their amazing 99% live release rate.

How This Helps Our Community

If you choose to sponsor or support this fundraiser as a vendor, you will be supporting all the lost animals in and around Rowlett, Tx. Your sponsorship money goes to medical treatments. For example, our organization sponsors ALL heartworm positive dogs that are adopted through the Rowlett Shelter. This makes adopting a HW+ dog easier because the treatments are expensive but once treated, the dog can live a happy and healthy life. Another example - when a dog or cat comes into the shelter and needs emergency medical treatment, our organization is often asked to assist in the funding of that treatment. It could be something like a hip repair from being hit by a car or maybe treatment for infections from being out on the street for awhile. Just know that your sponsorship money helps us work towards our mission of helping lost and sick animals.
