The Sully Senior Center needs a Certified Personal Trainer to show participants (as a group or one-on-one) how to use equipment in the fitness room. Volunteer would ideally be available 1.5 hours per week, sometime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. This is a great opportunity to give back in the NoVA community by utilizing skills you already have; what a great way to pass on your expertise to an eager and attentive audience.
