Behind the Scenes - Disaster Services
The Disaster Workforce Engagement Team supports volunteers during times of disasters and on a day-to-day basis.
*Can volunteer from home*
Greets new volunteers
Onboard & welcome new volunteers, provide orientation & training information
Ensure new volunteers learn how to navigate systems used by the department
Excellent customer service skills on the phone, over email, and in person
Skilled in working with computers, phone, email, and online databases
5-10 hours per week, on-site at Chapter office or remotely
