Interested in what happens on the back end of a Hospice Agency?

Have you ever wondered what all goes on inside the office of a Hospice agency? Have you been interested in working in the hospice industry, but in a Non-Clinical space? Do you have some downtime and want to do something meaningful?

We are looking for detail-oriented and personable individuals to assist with receptionist tasks. This is a critical role to help support our office staff in being able to be more available for patient and staff care needs. You would be an asset in this role if you:

-enjoy answering phones
-are comfortable making phone calls to patients/family members
-can roll with the punches- some days the phones won't stop ringing and other days you may have time to catch up on your reading
-willing to work on projects that will enhance the office structure within our team and also the patients and families we work with

You will have a front row seat to provide insight, support, and perspective to the many complex scenarios that the Hospice Office deals with.
