We are looking for individuals to use their interviewing and story writing skills to assist our hospice patients with sharing their life story and/or writing letters to their family members. Our hope is to allow the patient to leave behind a story, message or anything else they choose for their families to treasure. You may be a great candidate for this role if you:



-are patient and personable
-are comfortable discussing vulnerable topics
-can navigate sensitive situations
-can actively listen and interpret a message

Our care teams specialize in pain and symptom management, as well as emotional and spiritual support for the patient and family. An individualized plan of care is developed for each patient based on comfort care measures needed and the wishes of the patient and family.
