Join us at Chapel Island in Richmond’s James River Park System for a little mid-day break to reconnect to nature. Research has shown that time in nature, particularly when we are surrounded by trees and along the water, is great for our physical, mental, and emotional health. Expect a brief meditation, nature connection exercise, and time to reflect.e.

The experience will be led by Amber Ellis, JRA’s Senior Watershed Restoration Manager, who has a certificate in Ecotherapy through the EarthBody Institute.
