Will you spend one hour a week listening to a patient's stories, reading to them, holding their hand and making their day special with flowers that you picked from your garden or perhaps just a smile? Many of our patients are living in nursing facilities and many do not get visitors. You could make them feel special and also bring them comfort in their time of need. Here at Compassus Hospice, we believe that life should be celebrated and filled with hope and joy. We strive to keep our patients as happy and comfortable as possible; and, to make each remaining day special.
Training is provided and support is only a phone call away. As a hospice volunteer, you are a part of our Hospice Team. Our patients need you!
