Title: Frazier Farms Donation Pick-Up and Delivery
Purpose: North County Lifeline is the beneficiary of Frazier Farms’s donation program. Its purpose is to donate extra inventory to organizations that focus on serving children, education, or health and human organizations. Every week, on Tuesday mornings, a volunteer picks up food donations at Frazier Farms’s Oceanside location and deliver them to Lifeline’s Oceanside location. All donations are available on a first come, first serve basis to Lifeline clients.
Work Sites
* Frazier Farms: 1820 Oceanside Blvd, Oceanside, CA 92054
* North County Lifeline: Oceanside, CA 92054
Key Responsibilities
* Pick-up of food donations every Tuesday morning between 8 - 10 am from Frazier Farms’s Oceanside location
* Transport and deliver donations directly from Frazier Farms to Lifeline’s Oceanside location
* Sort and inventory donations
* Organize and shelf donations for easy access and distribution
Desired Attributes
* Must have own, reliable transportation
* Early morning availability every Monday
* Ability to transfer donations from shopping cart to vehicle
* Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. at a time
* Must have friendly and helpful demeanor
* 6 month minimum commitment
Hours: Process can take between 30-45 minutes from start (Frazier Farms arrival) to finish (Lifeline departure)
Dress Code: Casual Attire
Security Checks: DMV Print Out (Driver’s Record), Live Scan Background Check, TB & Drug Screening
