Help raise awareness of programs available at Alzheimer's Association, as well as provide basic disease information and resources available.
Serve as liaisons between the agency and local groups such as neighborhoods, rural areas, businesses and civic organizations. Represent the agency by sharing information with others.
Ideal candidate is self motivated, comfortable reaching out to others. Proactive and passionate about the mission of the Alzheimer's Association. Excellent communication skills.
Commit to a 1 year term, completing 12 outreach activities.
