Description: Help seniors in the community and spend some time outside enjoying spring in Minnesota! Every year, East Side Elders counts on volunteer groups and individuals to help seniors by raking leaves, bagging them up, or getting bagged leaves to the compost site. This is a fun, one-time opportunity - perfect for school groups, church groups, or families!
About Us: East Side Elders helps our seniors live full and rewarding lives - in the home and community they want - for as long as possible and as healthy and well as possible. Our teams of volunteers, students and community members provide a wide range of services and activities that give the necessary support and resources to our elderly neighbors wherever they call home.
Hours: This is a very flexible opportunity - we will work with your schedule.
Qualifications:
- Able to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds in a caring, courteous manner
- Able to travel to homes on the East Side of Saint Paul
