Summary: The position of the Volunteer Administrative Assistant serves as a support person for the Volunteer Services Coordinator to further the mission of solving hunger.
Monday thru Friday 9am-12 pm or 1-4 pm flexible on times, will work with your schedule
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Maintain organizational records
- Market Research
- Help to maintain organization of all volunteer needs (labels, gear, bags, boxes, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Ability to excel in an atmosphere of continuous change and improvement.
- Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented
- Complete volunteer waiver form
Training & Supervision
- Attends general volunteer orientation
- Able to come regularly
- Interview with Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
- Training and supervision conducted by: Volunteer Engagement Coordinator or Volunteer Services Coordinator
